Firefox “This page uses weak encryption.”
Chrome: Site Is Using Outdated Security Settings

Mô tả lỗi: SSL cài đặt thành công, chứng chỉ SSL + CA nhận đúng tuy nhiên truy cập website trên trình duyệt phiên bản mới thì vẫn không hiển thị ổ khóa màu xanh, báo lỗi như trên.

Nguyên nhân: Do server sử dụng phiên bản SSL cũ (3.0 và 2.0)

Cách xử lý:

B1: Tải bản update KB3080079 để server update bản vá hỗ trợ remote Desktop với TLS 1.1. TLS 1.2

B2: Truy cập link bên dưới tải phần mềm IISCrypto sau đó bỏ chọn SSL 2.0 SSL 3.0 (Nếu cần thiết thì bỏ luôn TLS 1.0). Nếu không disable TLS 1.0 thì không cần làm bước 1

B3: Reboot server

Lưu ý: Nếu server có cài đặt SQL server 2008 thì không được disable TLS 1.0 nếu không sẽ không start được SQL server. Khi đó log sẽ báo lỗi “Reason: Unable to initialize SSL support. The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation.”

Sau khi cấu hình xong thì truy cập link https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/index.html nhập tên miền vào kiểm tra sao đó xem lại mục Protocols nếu không thấy mục nào báo đỏ là OK
